phillip lowe is an avid sportsman. he has been active in numerous sporting organizations having served as district chairman of ducks unlimited, board member of the department of natural resources, and president of flyway foundation. that's why phillip understands the value of preserving our time honored traditions and that's why he is committed to making certain the liberties and freedoms we hold dear are protected for generations to come.
phillip is a strong supporter of the second amendment and as our next state representative, we can count on him to stand up for south carolina's sportsmen and gun owners.
