Katherine understands the challenges facing our seniors. Daily costs continue to rise, yet many seniors have no ability to meet these new demands. She is a champion for the programs that provide the security and dignity seniors deserve. Katherine Clark fights for programs that allow seniors to stay in their homes by reducing property tax and supporting homecare programs.

Katherine has expanded benefits for veterans, protected meals on wheels and held down the cost of prescription drugs.

Katherine fought for the Silver Alert Bill. This legislation created a critical alert system to help families of Alzheimer's sufferers when their loved one goes missing. Katherine advocates for grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. She protects the services that can be a life line to elders who are suffering abuse.
