Working families are overburdened by skyrocketing gas prices, high health care costs, rising food prices, and an overall increased cost of living. At the same time, jobs are being lost every month. The best way to help working and middle class families is to support economic policies that put the middle class first. In recent years, too many politicians have emphasized tax cuts for the extremely wealthy over helping middle income citizens. This is wrong. We need responsible policies that put the middle class first.
