NO AMNESTY - There are currently a large number of immigrants in our country who have tried, and have been trying, for years, to become legal occupants of this country. This country was made great by immigration. However, those seeking citizenship should adhere to the laws in place. There are areas in the 9th Congressional district that have relied heavily on immigrant workers for their industries. A legal immigrant to the United States should be able to live here and work as long as they are willing to be responsible members of society and pay taxes, have car insurance, etc. and those that are here illegally should be deported. Illegals are breaking the laws of this United States.

Illegals are here for the money, we must stop paying them. We must hold those that are hiring illegals accountable , they are aiding a criminal if they hire a person that is here illegally. Employers must start using E-Verify to insure that those being hired are here legally. We should change the 14th Amendment to state that those born in the USA to those visiting and working here legally are not naturalized citizens. Furthermore, I will never vote to give amnesty to those that are here illegally. The Fair Tax will also control illegal immigration due to the fact that illegals will not receive the pre-bate making it more expensive for them to live in America than those who have a Social Security number.
