FIX THE JUSTICE SYSTEM

The goal of the justice system must be to protect and serve citizens.

-Enact tort reform to reign in outlandish verdicts and costs.

-Make punishment of criminals more sure, swift and severe. Prisoners should serve a full sentence.

-Lower the cost of prisons. Explore the idea of contracting out the operation of prisons.
