Issue Position

Allow city and local governments to decide what best works for their communities. If you provide the tools for cities to be able to grow on their own then their revenues will increase and in turn provide opportunities and local investments that provide those services for the citizens.

It's about the federal government taking your money and giving it to someone else in another state- that's NOT the RIGHT of the federal government nor is it the right of the government to take your money and give it back to you with strings attached. By allowing the local government to prosper and grow economically the natural progression will be to provide those services for their citizens without increasing the tax burden on the average American citizen.
