In Arkansas, we can take advantage of one of the fastest-growing metropolitan regions in the country. Now is the time to invest in clean, smart technologies that will pave the way for both business growth and green development. We must seize on the opportunity to provide alternative forms of public transportation and complete the economic linkage of the state. We must be leaders in the field of smart grid technology to take advantage of the diverse energy resources that our state holds. But most importantly, we must not be afraid to lead the way into uncharted territory as the technological innovators of the world.
