LEAVE WAR POLICY TO OUR GENERALS - Every American owes a deep debt of gratitude to the brave men and women who have served and died to defend our precious freedoms.

Our troops must have the support to accomplish their missions safely. This is a cause Steve Tarvin invests in every day. Every day, Steve strives to find better ways to produce a product that protects our soldiers as they fight for us around the world. Steve Tarvin believes the highest priority in Congress must be to support our servicemen, women and veterans, by providing the best possible benefits for them and their families.

America's veterans and their families deserve the best care our country can provide. Steve Tarvin will continue to champion the safety and well being of our troops, both on the battlefield and at home. Politics as usual holds no place in this arena; Congress must support our troops to the fullest extent and ensure every American soldier has the means to return home safely and prosper in the country they courageously fought for.

It is a constitutional obligation to maintain a strong military. We must change our current ROE (rules of engagement) to allow our troops in battle to win a war. The boots-on-the-ground occupation of other nations with the current ROE is causing those of our brave fighting force to be less effective and causing unnecessary death to American troops. We must get Congress to listen to military experts on war procedure rule making. If our mission is targeted at individuals, let the CIA and Special Forces handle it. If it is to win a war, allow our troops fight to win or bring them home.
