Small rural areas, like ours, do not seem to get our fair share of the high paying jobs that go to metropolitan areas. We must fight to lower the tax rate so our district has a shot. We need diversity, like we are seeing in Lenoir County with Spirit Aerosystems and Sanderson Farms.
