America's future rests on the small shoulders of our youngest citizens. We have a clear and undeniable responsibility to educate our children, preparing them to be competitive in our increasingly interconnected world.
Teachers and schools must be supported and not subjected to unfunded or underfunded mandates. Diversity in teaching methods and innovation in the classroom must be encouraged. Educators must be allowed to educate, not only be required to assist students in developing testing strategies.
