Statement of Governor Kaine
Governor Timothy M. Kaine issued the following statement today upon Mark Warner's announcement:
"I am excited and pleased that Mark Warner has decided to seek election as Virginia's next United States Senator.
"As a friend, colleague, and as a Virginian, I am confident that there is no better leader to help move our nation forward at a time when we face real challenges.
