Reid Statement on the Missing Nevada Soldier

U.S. Senator Harry Reid of Nevada released the following statement after the Department of Defense confirmed that Sergeant Anthony J. Schober, is one of three American soldiers who went missing after their patrol was ambushed in Iraq. Schober, 23, is from Northern Nevada:

"The news of the three missing soldiers has all of America praying for their quick and safe return. This news is particularly saddening for the people of Nevada as we hear that one of our own is among the missing. "I know the military is doing everything it can to locate the soldiers. My thoughts and prayers are with the missing soldiers, their family and friends, and the servicemen and women who are putting their lives on the line to bring them to safety."
