Mr. President, earlier today I called up my amendment No. 5535 to expand the HOME Investment Partnerships Program that would send money to all 50 States and help build 7 million new homes nationwide. Because I only had 1 minute to speak, I wanted to provide for the Record how the amendment would help build at least the following housing units in each State:
