Mr. KHANNA. Mr. Speaker, yesterday Secretary Hegseth couldn't answer my question about how much the war in Iran is costing the American people, so I am going to answer it for him.
The answer is $631 billion, $5,000 per American household. That is how much it is costing because of the increase in the price of food, gas, and electricity. We need to end this war now and help the American people reduce costs.
