Mr. GILL of Texas. Madam Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 6317) to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 12109 New Kent Highway in New Kent, Virginia, as the ``Patricia Paige Post Office''.

The text of the bill is as follows: H.R. 6317

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PATRICIA PAIGE POST OFFICE.

(a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 12109 New Kent Highway in New Kent, Virginia, shall be known and designated as the ``Patricia Paige Post Office''.

(b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Patricia Paige Post Office''.
