Mr. BILIRAKIS. Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize one of my constituents, Ms. Wanda Rosignol, for her tireless service to our community. Wanda has been an invaluable volunteer at the Pregnancy & Family Life Center (PFLC) of Citrus County since 2022, donating over 1,340 hours in the food pantry, clothing distribution, and infant/child care program. Wanda is a team-oriented volunteer who finds real purpose in helping women through pregnancy and motherhood. She works alongside Lisa Wright and others to package and deliver food to clients, personally escorting rolling carts of groceries and clothing items to clients' cars. She also oversees the busy donation bin, often filled to overflowing, sorting items and setting aside the best quality donations for clients. In 2025, the Center distributed 9,300 infant and children's clothing items and more than 4,000 personal care items under her care.

Together, with two other exceptional volunteers, Judy and Lisa, Wanda embodies the heart of the PFLC mission--compassion, service, and unwavering support for women and families. Their dedication ensures that every client who walks through the door receives not only essential resources but also dignity, hope, and encouragement for the future.

For their enduring dedication, compassionate hearts, and profound impact on their community, I am honored to recognize Ms. Wanda Rosignol as a 2026 Hero Among Us. I ask my colleagues to join me in honoring her unwavering commitment, selfless leadership, and the profound, lasting impact she has made on our community.
