Mr. BILIRAKIS. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize one of my outstanding constituents, Dr. David Herndon, a skilled Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine whose generosity and expertise benefit our community through the Free Senior Health Clinic.

Dr. Herndon volunteers his time each Friday during his lunch hour, offering care with both remarkable skill and genuine compassion. A brilliant diagnostician and dedicated practitioner, he combines medical expertise, research knowledge, and heartfelt concern to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his patients. His commitment ensures that our seniors receive not only expert care, but also dignity, reassurance, and hope.

For his enduring dedication, compassionate heart, and profound impact on our community, I am proud to recognize Dr. Herndon as a 2026 Hero Among Us. I ask my colleagues to join me in honoring his unwavering commitment, selfless leadership, and the lasting, positive influence he has had on the lives of countless residents.
