Mr. Speaker, I was unable to be present for the vote series today, as I was dealing with the immediate aftermath of the Kona Low Storms, the most severe floods in more than 20 years, which caused extensive damage, displacement, and evacuations across the State of Hawai'i. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 97.
