Statement

Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

AB 1853 by Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua (D-Stockton) – San Joaquin Regional Transit District: meetings: surplus money investments.
AB 1879 by Assemblymember Mike Gipson (D-Carson) – Property taxation: filing.
AB 1940 by Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua (D-Stockton) – Alcoholic beverages: beer returns.
AB 1953 by Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua (D-Stockton) – Vehicles: weight limits.
AB 1994 by the Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs – Veterans: Department of Veterans Affairs.
AB 2067 by Assemblymember Diane Dixon (R-Newport Beach) – Financial institutions: service of process.
AB 2231 by Assemblymember Mike Gipson (D-Carson) – Pawnbrokers: education.
