"Early this morning, Hurricane Beryl made landfall in Texas as a Category One Hurricane.
I've reached out to the county judges and mayors in some of the hardest hit areas and assured them that we are monitoring the situation, but more importantly, we are standing by, ready to do anything we can.
Thank you to those who were on the front lines saving lives… and to the linemen again repairing the downed lines as quickly as possible."
