"As the world has seen throughout this bloody war, the Ukrainian people have the heart and courage to defeat Putin and his war machine. But they need free nations to step up and ensure Ukraine has the arms and supplies needed for the fight. The United States' commitment of an additional $800 million in high-powered capabilities will enhance Ukraine's ability to repel Russia's invading forces as they engage in a new campaign of brutal savagery. It is time for the leaders of every nation to follow suit, and immediately deliver the support that will bring an end to Putin's hellish nightmare."
