Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) released the following statement after President Biden released his FY2023 budget proposal:

"President Biden's latest proposal is consigned to join other presidential budget requests in the ash heap of history. It's a non-starter and directs us towards a continuing resolution at the end of this fiscal year. The White House's focus on tax-and-spend gimmicks and disregard for our current unsustainable path does nothing to get America's fiscal house in order."
