Today, Rep. Lois Frankel (FL-21) issued the following statement after Leon County Circuit Judge John Cooper ruled in favor of parents seeking to overturn Governor DeSantis ban on mask mandates in schools.

"This decision confirms the common sense and legal decision of the Palm Beach County School Board to require students to wear masks with limited exceptions," said Rep. Frankel. "Keeping our children in a safe, healthy environment for learning is a top priority for most Americans."
