Issue Position

Education is a constitutionally mandated right for the children in our state. And I believe properly investing in each generation of students is the best economic development tool we have. Public education must finally be fully funded and equitable for everyone regardless of zip code. We need to fix the flawed Foundation AId formula that has been shortchanging our districts for years. And we must hold the state accountable to the court ordered campaign for fiscal equity.
