Kelly believes that the City of Westfield Public School System provides an outstanding education and experience for our children. Being a parent of a elementary school child, they have received outstanding support from teachers and administrators.
After twenty-five years the Commonwealth finally updated the education budget. This is the biggest part of the city's budget. Kelly promises to monitor how much money is provided from the State and advocate for our city to help us continue to provide a quality education.
