"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." U.S. Const. amend. II. When I read what the Constitution says about gun ownership, I don't see room for interference by the State or Federal government. In Minnesota, gun ownership is a tradition we must promote and protect.
