Affordable housing is a crisis waiting to happen in Rhode Island. As your state representative I will:
Fight to expand availability of affordable housing
Support local planning and zoning boards by creating funding streams to help with complex land zoning and development issues, including support from the state for comprehensive community plan drafting and revision
Remove legislative loopholes that allow developers to pay a fee, rather than develop affordable housing
