Tax reform, tax relief, and tax assistance are needed in our state and we must continue to make progress.
Rebecca cosponsored legislation to establish the New York City Tax Reform Study Commission to provide the state with a blueprint of reforms to the real property taxation system in the city.
Rebecca is a cosponsor of legislation that provides for a tax check-off box on tax returns for gifts to the New York State Horse Retirement and Rescue Fund.
Rebecca has offered free tax services to senior citizens by holding clinics and promoting filing assistance from the community office on York Avenue.
