The "Red Flag" law in Colorado was passed by Polis and the Democrats with no regard for your Constitutional Rights. The radical Democrats in the legislature have taken rights away from you without any due process.

In fact, the "Red Flag" law infringes upon our 4th (eliminates due process), 6th, 7th, and 9th Amendment rights (punishing of individuals without a trial jury). Additionally, it clearly infringes on our 2nd Amendment rights (disarming of the People). Responsible gun ownership is a pillar of our FREE society and as your State Representative I will fight to repeal this unconstitutional law.
