Bruce has been a proven defender of our constitutional rights, specifically the First and Second amendments. Throughout his career as a lawyer, he has taken on numerous pro bono cases supporting religious and free speech rights.

Bruce similarly stands against any efforts to erode our 2nd amendment rights, believing that our right to "keep and bear arms shall not be infringed on". This includes any infringements such red flag laws or any attempt to disarm lawful Idahoans.
