As a social services administrator who was affected by the state budget crisis during the Rauner administration, I am committed to being a fierce advocate and make sure that state-funded human services are maintained. Divesting in human services can have detrimental effects on our state. Human capital is our biggest asset and human services are a conduit to help improve the quality of life of Illinoisians.
