A state budget must reflect our values and priorities and not having a budget year after year is unacceptable.
As a State Representative, Bob will strive to find bipartisan support for a budget that reflects our district's and state's priorities while spending less than annual state revenues. The failure of the Rauner Administration to pass a budget put tremendous pressure on our communities and raised our property taxes. It is time for a change.
