As a gun owner, I will uphold the Constitution, including the Second Amendment. I understand that we can respect an individual's right to bear arms while enacting policies to protect our children and promote public safety. As your state representative, I will work to:
Place restrictions on assault weapons such as the AR-15
Close the gun-show loophole and require background checks on all gun sales
Banning bump-stocks and other firearm accessories that increase a weapon's lethality
Limiting magazine capacity and the number of rounds of ammunition that can be acquired at each purchase
