Issue Position

I support focusing dollars to classrooms to support much-needed updating and modernization of facilities. I was proud to support the teacher pay raise and pay our deserving teachers even more. This can continue to be done without raising taxes.

All students--from challenged to gifted--are better served with more educational choices where parents can decide what's best for their kids. We must also expand our great technical school system and vocational opportunities.
