Graves Statement on the Army Corps Announcement

(Washington, D.C.) U.S. Congressman Sam Graves issued the following statement regarding today's announcement of a spring rise:

"The Corps has once again chosen to place the needs of fish over the rights of landowners. Creating man made floods in the spring will wipe out crops and livelihoods. I am disappointed and will continue to work toward a better system of managing the Missouri River."
