The SEIU is dedicated to ensuring workers' rights in both the private and public sector, believing that everyone deserves dignity and respect in the workplace. As a firm believer in these principles, Sarah will continue to be a strong supporter and fighter for unions as well as a voice for working citizens.

As the daughter of two UAW parents, Sarah often says that the UAW ensured that she, and her siblings, had health care and a path to the middle class.

The UAW and other labor unions fight every day for competitive wages and safe working conditions. Sarah is grateful to have the support of the UAW Region 1-D and promises to continue to fight for working families in Lansing and throughout the state of Michigan.
