Issue Position

A community that values families is one that builds the foundations of long term prosperity. We should ensure that all of our kids receive the resources, services, and support that they need to develop into responsible adults who give back to the community. Families are stronger when parents can give the love and attention their children need as newborns. When our elders retire, they still have much to contribute to our families and community. A safe environment with access to transportation are vital to maintaining quality of life and involvement in the community.
