Budd Introduces Veterans BOND Act

Issues: Veterans Health and Health Care
U.S. Representative Ted Budd (R-NC) released the following statement after introducing the Veterans BOND Act:
"In late October, I introduced the Veterans Benefits and Options Notification of Dental Insurance Act, or Veterans BOND Act. This legislation directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to inform individuals who are eligible to enroll in the dental insurance plan administered by the Secretary and the benefits of such plans. With a lot of confusion surrounding dental coverage for vets, this bill is needed to address this issue. This bill insures that veterans will be notified by mail about the benefits for dental care and the treatment provided under the plan, how to enroll, and the costs of participating in the plan."
