I have been and continue to be a strong voice in my committee as well as with the administration and the Maryland Department of the Environment of the seemingly constant problem of raw sewage overflows from mainly Baltimore City. There needs to be a better effort in upgrading the ancient infrastructure in Baltimore City so that surrounding areas are not being effected by the pollution of this continuous problem.
