No traffic lights from Route 228/Berry Road to the Beltway.
Add shoulder use lanes for Commuter Busses. Commuter Buses should not be stuck in traffic.

Expand the Maryland Commuter Train Service, MARC, to service Charles County.

Service from La Plata and Waldorf straight to Washington's Union Station.
MARC Train Service is a commuter rail system whose service areas include Harford County, Maryland; Baltimore City; Washington D.C.; Brunswick, Maryland; Frederick, Maryland and Martinsburg, West Virginia.
MARC Train Service mostly operates Monday through Friday during commuting times, mornings and evenings.
