As a former small business owner, Louis Riggs knows first hand what it means to create jobs in our region. Louis believes good government should get out of the way of good people! Louis is running for State Representative to fight for lower taxes, eliminate job-killing regulations, fully-fund public education, and to cut government waste to help us pay for our rural roads and bridges. Louis will roll back corporate welfare benefiting only a wealthy few and prioritize the funding of programs designed to bring more economic opportunities to citizens of Northeast Missouri.
