As your state delegate, Clarence has been committed to increasing options for mass transit and public transportation. Greater mass transit is crucial for job growth, economic development, reducing congestion, increasing public safety, and preserving our environment. Some of the legislation he has supported include:

Increased penalties for drunk driving
Improved accountability and transparency in the determination of funding for state transportation projects
Tax credits for electric vehicles
Funding for major transportation projects in the Baltimore and Howard Counties, including on Interstates 695, 95, 895, and 195 as well as US-29 and MD-32. ​
