A strong education system is vital to the future of our communities. Tim is a strong advocate for our public schools. As senator, he has supported increased funding for more career tech and dual enrollment opportunities for students. Tim has worked to bring a new workforce development center to District 1. The upcoming development center will partner with local high schools and community colleges to help prepare our students with the education and training they need to be successful.

Tim believes in high standards and LOCAL control in education. He will staunchly oppose any federal overreach into our schools.
