Clarence will be our voice in Annapolis for our schools. He has the dedication needed to support our teachers and our students by working to:

Create safe, modern facilities for Maryland's students.
Shrink the achievement gap in Maryland's public schools.
Make classrooms less crowded for students and teachers.
Improve the retention rate of Maryland's dedicated and highly qualified teachers.
Give educators the resources needed to mentor students and design curriculums.

Over the past four years, Clarence has voted for:

Reduced testing in schools
Improved funding for community colleges
Increased funding for public schools in areas that have a high cost-of-living
Funding to create extended day and summer enhancement programs for students
