Job creation goes back to a friendlier business environment, which is high priority for the 2015 General Assembly and our new Governor, Larry Hogan. Maryland has typically had a lower unemployment rate than the national average, but in the last year that historical fact has changed - we cannot continue to drive out new business and rely on government jobs. Bringing jobs back to the 6th district is the highest priority.
