Representative Henderson-Myers believes that it is incumbent upon developers to try to be sensitive to the needs of the city and the population that they are serving. Developers must be cognizant of the median income of their communities and how to make new projects not only successful for themselves - but for their neighbors and new residents. That is why she strongly supports Senate Bill 346, introduced by Senator Marlon Kimpson.
