Our rural areas are in desperate need of infrastructure updates, funding for schools, and access to high speed internet. During his time in the legislature, Todd has fought to fund these projects through legislation and the state budget process with his support of a record setting investment in our schools, an increase of $100 per pupil in sparsity aid for rural districts, an increase of $10 million for local roads and bridges, and $14 million for broadband expansion grants.
