I spent much of my career in healthcare, working my way up to become Senior Vice President of Christiana Care Health System. At Christiana Care, I had a wide range of responsibility working with support services, clinical staff, and physicians. I earned national recognition by The Healthcare Advisory Board in its Academy Fellowship program as a "Cultural Catalyst" and in 2012 received the Bellwether League Honoree, a nationally recognized award for innovation and excellence in healthcare supply chain.

The General Assembly is stocked with some incredible people. There are lawyers, retired police officers, real estate professionals, small business owners, and farmers. But there are far too few people with healthcare experience. I'm hoping I can fill that gap and bring my depth of knowledge and experience to our state capitol before
