Jay has always been there for those who answered the call for our freedom. Jay took part in a bi-partisan task force that is working to end the tragic epidemic of veteran suicides. Jay fought to expand health care and job training opportunities for returning veterans, including a new law to promote hiring of veterans by the Illinois State Police.
