Issue Position

For the first time since 1937, Georgia cut the individual income tax rate in 2018. With my support, this bill will save Georgia families $5.5 billion over the next five years! There is still work that needs to be done to modify Georgia's tax code, and accomplishments that can be achieved to help put a little more jingle in everyone's pocket. While necessary services and certain everyday needs must be supplied by the government, people are able to thrive when they know they're taking home more of their hard-earned money.
